Frank Dawson is Lucy’s advisor and secret spy for Nancy Mirando. In one scene, it’s implied that he is the one who actually influences many of the important decisions, which Lucy then co-opts as her own work. He is ultimately in support of Nancy’s business practices, though, showing skepticism towards Lucy’s practices.
